- All service charges, application fees, tuition fees, and other costs must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.
- Students are responsible for any additional charges such as courier, attestation, translation, or third-party verification.
4. Admissions & Outcomes
- Bradford Edu Abroad does not guarantee admission, scholarships, visa approval, or employment outcomes.
- Admission decisions are solely at the discretion of the respective universities/colleges and immigration authorities.
5. Service Limitation
- Our role is advisory and supportive; ultimate responsibility lies with the student to comply with academic and immigration requirements.
6. Termination
- Bradford EduAbroad reserves the right to terminate services if students fail to meet financial obligations, provide fraudulent documents, or violate policies.
7. Governing Law
